Job summary

LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. is seeking an administrative support role within the QAQC team to ensure data integrity and proper documentation for concrete production. The position involves on-site data review and ensuring accuracy of cube-related records.

Responsibilities include managing specimen numbers, issuing test forms, and supporting audits. The role supports daily QC operations and requires coordination with multiple teams on site.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support to QAQC team.
• Review on-site data for completeness and compliance for proper filling records.
• Control CPR, cube test form and cube specimen reference numbers.
• Register cube specimen numbers/tags.
• Provide/issue cube text forms for testing.
• Track casting records and data.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal/external audits by providing required information/data.
• Compile and update cube test results.
• Provide stickers for cube specimens.
• Update daily cube test list as reference for teams.
• Offer assistance to teams as required.

Register cube specimen number/tag

Provide/issue cube text form for testing

Track casting record and data

Provide any assistance to teams as required.
