QA Technician (Customer Quality Support)
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers on quality issues & monitor internal/external improvement activity
- Manage part warranty issues, customer warranty system and on-time warranty report submission
- Carry out field failure analysis
- Attend change requirements events at customer site
- Monitor, control and update documents and internal reporting
- Follow up specific problems and other assigned activities as required using systemic and analytical methods
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering Field
- Experienced in manufacturing/automotive industry and environment
- High-level of visual awareness of part quality issue
- Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
- Possesses driving license and own transport
