Qualifications

• Durchführen von Umweltprüfungen und Sicherheitsinspektionen.

Support activities that contribute to the achievement of the company's ESG/Environmental compliance objectives, strategies, and alignment.

Maintain all pertinent and required Quality Management System Certifications (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000).

Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage QMS, FSMS & ESH Internal Audits until the closure of findings.

Organize and conduct ESG & ESH Management Review Meetings and prepare management review reports.

Responsible for document control protocols related to quality, safety, and environment; including registration and distribution of documents.

Interface with legal authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and all related government & CB Bodies.

Conduct environmental audits and safety walk inspections.

Conduct ESH training for all workers.

Conduct regular risk assessments, HIRADC, and aspect impact analyses.

Qualification Requirements:

Degree or certificate in related fields.

At least 3 years of related experience.

Capable of analyzing internal and external audit reports.

Able to conduct process audits and prepare audit reports.

Knowledge of Quality Management software.
