Job summary

Une entreprise lié à l'automobile recherche un QA Supervisor pour superviser les opérations de qualité et gérer les problèmes en temps réel. Le poste nécessite un diplômé avec au moins deux ans d'expérience et d'excellentes compétences en communication. La rémunération inclut des allocations de téléphone, avec des horaires de travail réguliers et des rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la qualité (automobile).
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et en rotation.
• Travail en équipe avec supervision minimale.

Responsibilities

• Planifier et assigner les tâches au personnel de QC.
• Gérer les problèmes de qualité en production immédiatement.
• Évaluer les échantillons défectueux et préparer un rapport.

Job description

Position : QA Supervisor
Salary : RM1,900/- and handphone allowance
RM100/-
Working hours : Mon-Friday (8.45 am to 6.00 pm)
Company : Lokatech Engineering Sdn Bhd (our
subsidiaries), Bandar Sunway

Job Descriptions:-

• Planning and assign task to QC Manpower’s
follow Production Planning;
• Handle quality issue / matters at Production
Line immediately e.g rework / sorting activities and
etc;
• Handle quality issue / matters for Incoming
Parts e.g rework / sorting activities / replacement and
etc;
• Good communication with related customer
department especially Supplier, Production &
Customer;
• Able to evaluate defective sample and prepare
trouble shooting report;
• Review & Verified Inspection record for
Incoming / In-process / Outgoing follow
specifications;
• To communicate with Amtel team members for
all the improvement activities at customer side &
collaborate with Amtel team members to solve the
problems;
• Able to work under pressured environment;
• Willing to work in shift rotations (5 days work, 2
days off). If there are urgent case in weekend, the
employee need to attend to customer side and able
to work on public holidays & weekends; and
• To perform any ad hoc task that assigned by
superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

• Posses at least Diploma in related field;
• Basic experience in Quality (Automotive) with
minimum two (2) years; and
• Teamwork and can work with minimum
supervision.
