Job description

Our client is a global supplier providing high-end instrument and equipment for optical and semiconductor testing. They are currently looking for a QA Supervisor with strong leadership and technical skills to join their dynamic and growing team.

Job Descriptions

  • Set up and manage Quality Department including personnel recruitment, equipment procurement, preparation of operational documents, inspection area planning, etc.

  • Responsible for the quality management of suppliers and continuously improve the
    qualified rate of incoming materials.

  • Implement quality standards, control process variation, check material status, and improve and enhance the quality level of product shipments.

  • Collaborate with departments such as warehouse, purchasing, and production to
    continuously improve work agility, effectiveness, and efficiency.

  • Monitor and measure the production and shipment processes within the factory
    according to process plans, quality control, 5S, labor protection, and equipment
    maintenance standards. Record and analyze monitoring data and share it with relevant
    departments (e.g., production, FAE debugging).

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Polymer Materials.

  • At least 5 years of quality-related work experience in the mechanical or electromechanical equipment industry (experience with assembly processes is a plus), with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in quality management.

  • Candidates with experience in the optical communication or semiconductor industries will be given preference.

  • Familiar with the ISO9001 Quality Management System, the Five Quality Core Tools, the Seven Basic Tools of Quality, and 8D problem-solving.

  • Strong data analysis skills are required.
