We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to lead a small team of Quality Assurance Assistants to ensure microbiological/ chemical/ sensory analytical services or specific services in raw/-pack/finished goods for the factory.

A day in the life of...

• Guides and supports the implementation of the Nestle Quality System in the plant in collaboration with the other departments.
• Establishes and reviews all quality control checks in the conversion of raw materials to Finished Goods.
• Implements and reviews all quality control checks for raw/ packing materials on arrival and to ensure that all checks are properly executed.
• Designs the training material and conducts the training sessions for QAAs and the operators.
• Controls analytical costs and seeks opportunities on cost savings without impacting quality of products.
• Ensures correct functioning of the laboratory with proper and adequate equipment.
• People management by coaches, trains, and motivates team to achieve KPI targets.
• Continuously reviews the Quality system in collaboration with the other function and promotes quality improvement culture in the plant.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internally and externally, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders or line manager when necessary.
• Proven success in people management and team leadership.
• Experience in food manufacturing; experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is an added advantage.
