Job summary

Saint-Gobain Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC Technician to manage incoming materials QC, perform in-process and final QC inspections, and support color-matching requests.

You will also assist in evaluating customer complaints and non-conformances, issue batch sheets for production, and maintain daily QC data in the MO system. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with basic lab skills, is required.

Qualifications

• At least completed high school education (SRP/ PMR/ SPM/ STPM), or certificate level or higher with minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in QA/QC activities.
• Able to work independently.
• Good interactive & management skill.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English and computer literate.
• Basic Laboratory skill, techniques and 5S implementation

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all in-coming materials QC tasks.
• Responsible for in-process QC Inspection Checks.
• Responsible for Final QC Inspection Checks.
• Assist in custom request for color matching.
• Assist in customer complaint/ non-conformance product evaluation.
• Issued batch sheets/ manufacturing order for production activities.
• Update of Daily QC test data in to MO system.
• Summary QC test performance results as daily QC reporting.
• Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required.
