Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Inspector. Responsibilities include performing dimensional measurements and quality inspections, investigating non-conforming products, and reviewing quality check sheets. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM or equivalent and 2 years of experience in quality control. Applicants with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged. Shift rotation may be required, and school leavers are welcome to apply for on-the-job training (OJT).

Job Description

• Perform dimensional measurement and quality inspection for in-process and finished products according to products standards and drawings.
• Assist in the investigation of non-conforming products and corrective action and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Review and verify all relevant quality check sheets.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in quality control of manufacturing process.
• Understand the engineering drawing, familiar with GDT symbols and knowledge of using/reading the measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, CMM & etc)
• Proactive, energetic, self-discipline, willing to learn and highly committed personality.
• The candidate is expected to work on shift rotation and perform overtime as when required.
• School leavers are also encouraged to apply as OJT will given.
