QA/QC Technician

Job Brief

This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance through meticulous monitoring, testing, and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Quality Monitoring & Testing

1. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Utilize tools and equipment to analyze product quality and document the results accurately.

Compliance & Standards

1. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
2. Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

Problem-Solving & Corrective Actions

1. Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance product reliability.

Process Improvement

1. Identify and implement improvements in QA/QC processes to boost efficiency and product quality.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality measures into production and design processes.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
2. Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Supplier & Customer Collaboration

1. Monitor and evaluate supplier quality, addressing any issues with materials or components.
2. Work with customers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. This is a Contract position.
2. Candidate should possess a Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Others Field.
3. Preferably at least 2-3 years of related working experience in Quality Assurance / Control or equivalent.
4. Good communication skills in Malay and English for both spoken and written.
