Core Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of work in food production line.
2. Monitor quality inspections and tests related to raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with GMP standards guidelines.
3. Ensure laboratory test performs are compliant with the master testing plan and meet minimum customer requirements. Analyze test results and provide feedback to superiors/management for strategic decision-making.
4. Conduct R&D projects and other tasks delegated by the HOD.
5. Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
6. Ensure all documentation is updated and implemented according to HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
7. Comply with food safety regulations such as HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, Halal, and ISO.
8. Report any quality issues immediately during quality checks to the manager.

Ideal Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificates / Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of proven experience in quality assurance and food safety, preferably in the food industry.
3. Provide Quality Control services ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance.
4. Knowledge and experience in Halal, GMP, HACCP, MeSTI & ISO22000 is an advantage.
5. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications, and databases.
6. Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
