Job summary

China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor/Engineer to oversee quality across civil, architecture and structural works on site, ensuring documentation, testing and compliance with project standards.

The role requires a Diploma or degree and 5 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 2 years as QA/QC Manager, with knowledge of Malaysia standards and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as QA/QC Supervisor/Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as QA/QC Manager.
• Familiarity with Malaysia construction standards and quality inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA/QC documents and certificates are maintained and compliant.
• Develop and determine standards for inspections and tests; oversee testing methods.
• Review material quality on site against project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to maintain quality across processes.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and implement corrective actions when needed.
