QA/QC MANAGER

Lead QA/QC staff to handle all daily and scheduled QA/QC operations.

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures.

Prepare and assist in presenting quality reports to management.

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the preventive action so that the quality system is improving over time.

Take full responsibility for the ISO-9001:2015 Quality System.

Ensure QA/QC staff carry out incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and outgoing finished goods in a proper manner, including conducting inspections and documenting outcomes.

Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

5–10 years of experience in quality assurance & quality control (QA/QC), preferably within the powder coating or manufacturing air conditioning industry.

Experience in handling customer complaints, product non-conformance, and supplier quality assessment.

Experience in handling internal and external audits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is essential for handling department tasks.

Good communication skills, team player, initiative, and analytical abilities.
