1. Responsible for the overall of the Quality Control / Assurance & Food Safety systems in the organization.

2. Develop the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve the required standard of quality.

3. Responsible to ensure effective implementation of pre-requisite program, HACCP and quality system.

4. Perform periodic audit to ensure the compliance of SOP implementation.

5. Provide professional advice on new product development in line with the company strategy.

6. Conduct investigation analysis / study on all non-conformance of product reported & propose necessary preventive & corrective measures.

7. Communicate effectively & work closely with other Business Units to achieve joint targets.

8. Provide excellent coaching which contributes to the company culture development of all QA team members.
