You will establish QA/QC procedures, drive compliance with ISO 9001, and oversee testing and inspections across multiple construction disciplines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing quality processes from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company quality procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead quality inspections for all construction disciplines.
• Verify materials, equipment, and installations conform to approved specifications and design documents.
• Coordinate pre-functional and functional testing activities.
• Support IST and commissioning teams.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
