Job summary

Wilhelm Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to perform inspections per QA/QC plans and ITPs, including incoming, in-process, and final checks on materials and parts. You will verify compliance with drawings and standards, operate CMM and report results, while supporting non-conformances and CAPA processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Eng or related field, plus 2 years of QA/QC experience in relevant industries, and ASNT/PCN Level II

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Eng or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC inspection experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Precision Engineering, or Semiconductor manufacturing.
• ASNT or PCN NDT Level II certification in UT, MPI, and/or DPI; other NDT certs are a plus.
• Proficient reading/interpreting drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with inspection tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; API Q1 and semiconductor standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections per approved QA/QC plans, ITPs, and customer requirements.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and standards.
• Operate CMM, program CMM, and inspect dimensions.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and QA/QC documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection equipment and calibrate measuring instruments.
• Assist internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
