Job summary

Sunrich Integrated Sdn. Bhd. recherche un Quality Assurance and Control Executive pour garantir la qualité des produits en caoutchouc. Vous serez responsable de la calibration des instruments, de l'analyse chimique et de la conformité aux normes ISO. Ce poste exige un diplôme pertinent et une expérience dans l'industrie, avec une orientation vers le développement de produits.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en chimie, science du polymère ou équivalent exigé.
• Minimum de 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire requis.
• Expérience dans l'industrie du caoutchouc est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Calibrer et maintenir les équipements de test QC et R&D.
• Effectuer des déclarations RoHS et REACH pour les clients.
• Participer aux audits SIRM, clients et fournisseurs.

Job description

• Arrange for physical properties cross-checking with LGM yearly.

• Familiarize with ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems, chemical analytical instruments, and rubber product/rubber technology.

• Perform RoHS and REACH declarations to customers.

• Compile and analyze R&D lab mixing records.

• Conduct monthly/bi-monthly verification of lab testing instruments.

• Calibrate and maintain QC and R&D testing equipment.

• Arrange for lab mix/R&D samples.

• Establish and maintain QC and R&D testing equipment and lab cleaning schedules.

• Participate in SIRM, customer, and supplier audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience.

• Candidates from the rubber compounding industry are preferred.
