Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung oder ähnlichen Rollen.
• Kenntnisse über Qualitätsstandards und Vorschriften.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an Rohstoffen und Fertigprodukten.
• Dokumentation und Untersuchung von Nichtkonformitäten.

Job description

Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) checks to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.

Conduct final quality control (FQC) inspections on finished products before release.

Perform sampling and testing at critical production stages to identify deviations, defects, or abnormalities.

Ensure all products produced comply with the company's standard specifications or customers' requirements.

Verify product labelling and packaging during production for accuracy and compliance.

Identify, document, and investigate non-conformities; initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Communicate and liaise with production teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.

Train QC inspectors on quality standards, defect identification, and compliance to maintain high-quality standards.

Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and audits.

Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to management.

Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Competencies Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Degree / Diploma in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and software.
• Experience with ISO audits and documentation.
