QA/QC Engineer - Site Quality & Commissioning

Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a QA/QC Engineer in Malaysia to ensure project quality delivery. You will work with project managers, site staff, vendors and contractors to assure material quality, site inspections and proper project documentation.

Responsibilities include developing PQP/ITP/MOS, ISO 9001/45001 compliance, handling non-conformances and supporting commissioning on site. 1–3 years QA/QC experience in instrumentation/control or BMS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in QA/QC role within Instrumentation & Control or Building Management Systems.
• Experience with onsite inspection, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITPs, MOS and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, company policies and customer requirements.
• Conduct material receiving inspections, site inspections, verification checks and manage submission for site documentation.
• Participate in meetings with customer, main contractors and other contractors for QA/QC coordination.
• Manage non-conformances, customer complaints and assisting with corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with project managers, site operations staff, vendors to resolve quality issues and provide support for the team.
• Provide support with the commissioning efforts onsite including support of onsite installation quality checks.
