Job summary

A leading construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor to manage quality inspections and maintain compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and extensive QAQC experience, ensuring project quality and providing critical reporting to the management. Qualifications

Job description

Perform regular QAQC inspections on construction stages and do quality assessments on all materials.

Recommend improvements to the construction process to ensure conformance to the company specifications and meet the quality standards.

Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are updated.

Maintain QAQC records that has been carried out as well as relevant additional information for rectification.

Coordinate with the client’s QAQC representative for the resolution of site problems.

Prepare reports to the QAQC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions.

Assist the QAQC Manager in maintaining and control of the quality system.

Assist project team in ad-hoc work as and when required.

To assist in conducting necessary training / meeting with project team on quality assurance, inspections and related issues.

Maintain proper filing of QA/QC related records in accordance to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements;

At least Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.

At least 2 years working experience in similar position or related field.
