Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QAQC professional to ensure finished products and related documentation meet project requirements. You will investigate quality failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA with production and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and has basic QAQC knowledge. Fresh graduates are welcome; AutoCAD experience is a plus, and strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; QAQC or construction experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of QAQC processes, audits and construction standards.
• Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all finished products and related documentation meet customer and project requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality failures; implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive process improvement and quality.
• Conduct internal quality audits and perform failure analysis.
• Identify process issues; perform root cause analysis and monitor effectiveness.
• Review, control, and maintain QAQC documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to QAQC procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Support training and development of QAQC personnel to improve competency.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
