Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Bintulu, Malaysia, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or Master in a relevant discipline and have experience in analytical testing and good laboratory practices. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance with quality systems. Qualifications

• Possess a Degree / Master in relevant discipline.
• Good laboratory practice experience with technical skill in analytical testing.
• At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents.
• Practice compliance with the Quality System.
• Ensure compliance with good laboratory practice and GMP in the QC lab.
• Approve/reject product release based on specifications.
• Conduct special assignments from HOD.
