QA Operations Senior Executive

Role Responsibilities

• Perform product evaluation and product failure analysis and investigation.
• Participate in interviews, induction, training, and performance evaluation of all QA inspectors.
• Evaluate non-conforming product and provide relevant information to Asst. QA Manager for decision making.
• Review and sign off Certificates of Analysis, test reports, and coordinate product release activities.
• Handle 3rd party inspection program including qualitative and quantitative inspections.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any issues/conflicts in QA Department.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Assist in handling interlaboratory testing samples & testing.
• Assist in external and internal quality audits when required.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by the superior.
• Ensure that all relevant quality-related reports (both internal and external) are completed and submitted within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action taken relevant to QA department.

Role Requirements

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in science or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years QA experience in relevant manufacturing industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals will be of advantage.
• Good oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with document management systems handling with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Highly competitive and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills with a good working attitude.
• Disciplined and able to work independently.
