Role Responsibilities
- Perform product evaluation and product failure analysis and investigation.
- Participate in interviews, induction, training, and performance evaluation of all QA inspectors.
- Evaluate non-conforming product and provide relevant information to Asst. QA Manager for decision making.
- Review and sign off Certificates of Analysis, test reports, and coordinate product release activities.
- Handle 3rd party inspection program including qualitative and quantitative inspections.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any issues/conflicts in QA Department.
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Assist in handling interlaboratory testing samples & testing.
- Assist in external and internal quality audits when required.
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by the superior.
- Ensure that all relevant quality-related reports (both internal and external) are completed and submitted within the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action taken relevant to QA department.
Role Requirements
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in science or any related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years QA experience in relevant manufacturing industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals will be of advantage.
- Good oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with document management systems handling with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
- Highly competitive and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills with a good working attitude.
- Disciplined and able to work independently.
