Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee QA operations and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 QMS and customer requirements. The role supports the Production Department to achieve optimal output, high quality, and reliability.

You will lead the QA Auditor team to maintain and enhance the quality of all outgoing products, while coordinating ISO documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, draw, and design basic automotive component parts.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA operations in line with QA Department objectives and ISO 9001 QMS and customer requirements.
• Support Production Department to achieve production output, quality, and reliability goals.
• Lead QA Auditor team to maintain or improve quality of outgoing products.
• Coordinate and implement the Quality System to eliminate customer complaints and maintain top quality.
• Support internal training related to Production and QA.
• Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost savings.
• Coordinate ISO documentation control.
• Resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive actions.
• Support new product development and continuous quality improvements.
• Control and assure the quality of incoming raw materials.
• Monitor and coordinate all customer complaints.
