We are currently looking for a QA Manager for a leading player in the Food Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 60 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Lead the overall planning, personnel allocation, training, and performance monitoring of the QA team to ensure all quality assurance functions are executed effectively.
• Supervise daily quality assurance activities for incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure company-wide adherence to food safety and quality systems including HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, and other relevant standards, through documentation control, audits, and staff compliance.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits, including supplier audits, ensuring readiness and corrective actions as required.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety & Quality Management System, including pest control, equipment calibration, and GMP programs.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare, revise, and control quality manuals, standard operating procedures, inspection protocols, and other quality-related documentation.
• Supervise the packaging and labelling team to ensure product design, labelling information, and materials meet regulatory requirements and export standards.
• Oversee laboratory operations, maintaining testing integrity and compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025, customer specifications, and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to support innovation and new product development, while also managing special projects related to food safety and quality as assigned by senior leadership.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with BRC Global Standards and ISO 22000 are essential.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within Quality Assurance or a closely related area in the food industry.
• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, translating operational needs into clear action plans and deliverables.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and cooperative skills.
