Responsibilities & Requirements by Role

• Customer Service (CS) – Coordinate, plan and implement activities in the Customer Service Department towards total customer satisfaction in achieving company objectives.
  • Performance measures include: number of customer complaints, courtesy in handling customers, time to solve problems, sales objectives met, and up-to-date records.
• General Job Requirements – Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome; good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Mandarin an advantage) for dealing with EU, US & South Asian clients.
• Production/Maintenance Roles – Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, uptime improvement, setups, preventive/predictive maintenance, safety, and cooperation with production/other departments. Requires experience in machine maintenance, facility maintenance, or related fields; typically 3+ years; Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Engineering may be required; strong safety and 5S practices.
• Engineering/Quality Roles – Responsibilities include QA/QC, HACCP/ISO compliance, product development, process improvements, supplier and audit management, documentation, and cross-functional work with marketing/production. Requires 5+ years in QA/R&D in food or beverage manufacturing with supervisory experience; degree in Food Science/Technology or related field; HACCP/ISO certifications preferred.
• Logistics & Warehouse – Responsibilities include inventory control, warehouse operations, stock monitoring, FIFO, audits, and performance reporting. Requires 5+ years in warehouse/inventory/logistics with leadership capabilities; SAP experience advantageous.
• Sales & Marketing – Roles include export sales management, export sales representative, and general sales support for PVC food cling film. Requires 3–10+ years depending on level, Mandarin/English proficiency, travel willingness, and relevant industry experience (packaging/ FMCG preferred).
• Event & Field Marketing – Plan and execute events, coordinate with internal/external teams, oversee on-site setup, track performance, and optimize events for impact. Requires strong planning, fieldwork readiness, and travel as needed.
• Quality Assurance, R&D & Compliance (Semiconductor division content appears alongside other duties) – Lead QA/R&D/Compliance teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement; manage audits (Halal, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, MESTI) and training; maintain QMS and related certifications.

Key Qualifications by Area

• – Degree in Food Science or related; 5+ years in QA/R&D; knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, Halal; leadership experience.
• – Diploma or Degree in Engineering; 3+ years in machine/facility maintenance; knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles; safety and 5S.
• – Degree in Business/Marketing; 3–10+ years in export sales; Mandarin/English proficiency; travel readiness; packaging or FMCG background preferred.
• – Diploma/Degree in related field; 5+ years; SAP experience advantageous.
