Qualifications

• Lead and drive the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Incoming QA, and Outgoing QA departments to meet the company's goals and KPIs.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of QA staff within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain strong collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams within the organization.
• Conduct periodic internal quality audits to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization as a Management Representative during external and customer audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in QA, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Preferably with experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing environments.
• Experience in metal sheet or metal fabrication industries is highly desirable.
• Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
