Job summary

Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA lead to guide a team of inspectors, drive ISO9001:2008 alignment, and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking customers on quality matters. The role entails overseeing supplier quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a robust quality system across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and CQE with ISO knowledge, with Mandarin proficiency for client communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree background in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
• CQE with knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001 will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of QA inspectors to carry out daily inspection works
• Coordinate with customers regarding quality issues
• Manage all aspects of suppliers' quality issues
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality through close working relationship with all departments
• Develop and maintain a quality system that effectively meets the quality objectives of the organization and fulfills the requirements of ISO9001:2008
• Manage quality by implementation of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement
• Provide engineering solutions to process issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions
• Assist in gearing the Company towards achieving and maintaining ISO9001:2008 certification
• Serve as Lead Auditor in auditing the ISO implementation and procedure
