Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Qualitätsbewertungen für eingehende Materialien und ausgehende Produkte.
• Erstellung detaillierter First Article Inspection Reports für Kunden.

Job description

Perform quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping (including FAI inspection).

Prepare detailed and comprehensive First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for customers.

Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain documentation and reports.

Able to provide technical guidance and assistance to team members.

Able to liaise with customers on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions.

Able to provide timely and accurate QA status updates to the QA Lead / QA Manager.

Undertake other roles and responsibilities assigned by the company and immediate superior until full closure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with GD&T.
• Familiarity with quality testing equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks software and ability to perform 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to use CMM machines is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
