Bruker in Malaysia seeks a Quality Inspector to perform detailed inspection of complex parts and assemblies, interpret engineering drawings, and plan measurement methods. You will collaborate with Engineering to design fixtures, guide QC staff, and liaise with customers on MSA matters.

Maintain equipment, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires MSA and GD&T knowledge, CMM operation skills, and a degree in Engineering, with ≥4 years QA inspection experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSA and GD&T is required.
• Ability to operate CMM and write CMM programs.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Proficient with MS Office for data collection and reporting.
• Familiar with standard manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Translate product drawings into effective QA plans.

Responsabilités

• Inspect highly complicated parts and assemblies from vendors and partners.
• Interpret drawings and plan measurement inspection methods.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design measurement fixtures.
• Guide QC inspectors on handling measurement equipment.
• Coordinate with customers on MSA related matters.
• Maintain measurement equipment and software master files.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per standards.
• Communicate with Operations on drawings and technical issues.
• Stay updated by reading technical publications and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
