Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Qualitätsprüfer oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
• Starkes Verständnis der Qualitätskontrollprinzipien und relevanten Standards.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung gründlicher Inspektionen von Rohmaterialien und Fertigwaren.
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Lösung qualitätsbezogener Probleme.

About the role

This is a full-time role based in Kamunting Perak at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in the medical devices industry. As the QA Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our medical products, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues or nonconformities, and working with the production team to implement corrective actions
• Maintaining detailed quality records and documentation to support the company's quality management system
• Conducting statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in internal and external audits to ensure the company's quality processes and procedures meet regulatory and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or a similar role in the manufacturing or medical devices industry
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP)
• Proficient in using quality inspection equipment and tools, as well as data analysis software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
