3. Act as a liaison between customers and the company regarding all quality expectation requirements.
4. Represent the company during investigations of complaints related to non-conformance and provide solutions.
5. Periodically review reject rates and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
6. Ensure all QA procedures comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
