The role includes conducting internal audits, training staff, and maintaining proper documentation procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Food Technology and be skilled in Mandarin to liaise with management in China. This position is critical in maintaining high-quality standards within the manufacturing processes at their Senai facility.

Job description

QA Executive (Well-known MNC Food Manufacturing)

Conduct internal audits and prepare for third-party or regulatory audits.

Ensure traceability of all ingredients and processes.

Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications.

Train production and warehouse staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances (root cause analysis).

Prepare correction actions report.

Review and verify supplier documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and complies with regulatory and internal standards.

Coordinate with procurement regarding non-conforming (NC) raw materials.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Mandarin speaking (to deal with China management)
• Willing to work in Senai (Near Airport)
