Job description

Ensure all products and processes comply with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Develop and implement inspection methods, control parameters, testing techniques, and work procedures.

Validate and verify the effective implementation of GMP, HACCP, and all relevant SOPs, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.

Investigate and report quality-related issues, including handling and follow-up of customer complaints.

Respond to outlet feedback and assist in collecting and analyzing feedback and complaints for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct internal training on food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling for employees.

Perform sensory evaluations prior to product release to ensure product consistency and compliance.

Participate in and support both internal and external audits.

Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, certification standards, company policies, and procedures.

Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Food Science/Food Technology or its equivalents.

At least 1-3 years of working experience as a quality control professional in the food industry or related field.

Experience in quality auditing and documentation; additional knowledge and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO, and FSSC standards are advantageous.

Good team player, flexible/versatile, positive attitude, able to work well with all levels of staff.

Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Working Hours: 6 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
