Responsibilities:

1. Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet quality standards.
2. Verify quality documents for raw materials (COA, SDS, specs, etc.) and prepare QA documents for customers.
3. Handle customer complaints, non-conforming products, and returns, including investigation and corrective actions.
4. Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
5. Provide quality training to production & QC staff, and manage calibration of measuring equipment.
6. Conduct internal audits and support the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001).

Skill & Qualification :

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
2. Knowledge of quality documents (COA, SDS, product specs, etc.).
3. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Familiar with audits and equipment calibration (audit cert is a bonus).
