QA Executive

Conduct internal audits and prepare for third-party or regulatory audits.
执行内部质量审核，并协助第三方认证或监管机构审核的准备工作。

Maintain accurate records (e.g., batch records, test results etc).
准确维护质量相关记录（如批次记录、检测报告等）。

Ensure traceability of all ingredients and processes.
确保所有原料与生产流程具备完整的追溯系统，符合食品安全与法规要求。

Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications.
检验进厂原料，确保其符合既定技术规范及质量标准。

Train production and warehouse staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.
培训生产及仓储人员，提升其对质量标准与卫生规范的认知与执行力。

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
编写、修订及维护标准作业程序（SOP）与质量管理手册，确保文件符合最新规范。

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances (root cause analysis). Prepare correction actions report.
调查客户投诉与不符合项，进行根本原因分析，并制定及提交纠正措施报告。

Review and verify supplier documentation ensure supplier documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory and internal standards.
审核并确认供应商相关文件，确保其符合公司标准与法规要求，且维持文件更新状态。

Coordinate with procurement about non-conforming (NC) raw materials.
与采购部门协调，跟进与处理不符合规格的原料事项，确保供应链质量稳定。

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
按照主管指示，及时完成任务。
