Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Kedah is looking for a qualified candidate to implement its Quality and Safety Management systems, handle audits, manage customer complaints, and develop product formulations. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Manufacturing & Chemist Technology, along with 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company's Quality and Safety Management system.
• Handle manufacturing relevant internal and external audits.
• Manage incoming inspection for plastic products.
• Issue Certificate of Analysis to customers for plastic products.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries regarding plastic products.
• Handle Internal Corrective Action Requests and initiate necessary improvements.
• Research and develop product formulation as per superior requests.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by superior.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing & Chemist Technology

Job description

To implement the company Quality and Safety Management system ( GPM, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 220000,Organic relevant certificate)

To handle Manufacturing relevant internal and external audit

To handle incoming inspection for Plastic Product

To issue Certificate of Analysis to customer for Plastic product

To handle Customer complaints including EC customers or enquiry regarding Plastic Product

To handle Internal Corrective Action Request (ICAR) and carry out necessary improvement activities.

To Research & Develop company and OEM request product formulation as per given by Superior

To carry out other task given by Superior

Job Qualification
