• Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily Quality Assurance (QA) and product testing on the company's two primary applications.
• Identify, replicate, and document bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
• Clearly log technical issues and provide detailed steps to reproduce them for the development team.
• Verify and validate bug fixes after developers deploy new updates or patches.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure applications meet quality standards before release.
• Development Opportunities: for highly qualified candidates, responsibilities may expand to include direct coding tasks, such as resolving bugs, maintaining codebases, and implementing new features.
