QA Engineer (SQE, CQE, QMS) - Fresh Graduate Welcome to Apply

We are seeking a QA Engineer with a focus on SQE, CQE, and QMS. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and lead subordinates in managing in-process quality and outgoing quality issues.
2. Manage customer requirements and expectations.
3. Oversee engineering changes within Kaifa's internal departments to meet customer requirements.
4. Collaborate with internal departments, utilize data effectively, and drive continuous improvements in Process, Quality, and DPPM.
5. Serve as the primary contact with customers for all quality matters, including failure analysis.
6. Ensure proper quarantine and risk assessments are carried out promptly if Yield/DPPM triggers are met.
7. Manage DPR disposition and coordination for special lots.
8. Oversee OQA manpower deployment, conduct inspector assessments, and monitor inspector performance.
9. Manage MRB processes.
10. Trigger RCA to suppliers for yield-impacting lots for improvement.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in the PCBA manufacturing environment.
2. Good knowledge of Quality Systems.
3. Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
4. Degree in any engineering field.
5. Experience in QA or process improvement is preferred.
