Job summary

OPTOSEM TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Assurance and Inspection Coordinator to uphold quality in our Johor Bahru manufacturing operations. You will train inspectors, lead investigations into quality issues, and ensure calibration and control of inspection equipment in line with ISO procedures.

You will collect quality data, prepare reports, perform 100% FA measurements, and conduct internal audits. SPC/CPK studies will be implemented to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Injection Moulding or Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO system.
• Able to develop a work schedule and monitoring project.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop inspectors or technicians to achieve high standard of quality performance.
• Investigate and analyse quality related problems and interact with other departments.
• Administer calibration and control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Collect quality data and compile reporting.
• Perform 100% FA measurement and prepare report and submit to customer.
• Act as an Internal Auditor to ensure all departments follow up with ISO procedure.
• Implement SPC / CPK study on all parts.
• Perform any other duties instructed by Superior.
