Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related issues (internal, supplier, customer) within the team
• Identify root cause and initiate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality.
• Responsible for product release of finished goods, batch file review and Outgoing approval.
• Collaborate with the team on timely completion of customer and supplier complaints.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Corrective and Preventive action and ensure CAPA is closed on a timely basis.
• Corrective and Preventive action communicated to all relevant co-workers.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• To perform and maintain periodic calibration of all measuring equipment
• Conduct training on QA documented procedures
• Conduct weekly QA meeting
• Conduct training of quality awareness / procedures
• Develop SOP, WI, Form when required.
• Support any other quality matters as and when required
• Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 Quality Management System and Internal Quality Audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
