QA Engineer

Responsible for quality planning, inspection, and control methods to ensure product/part conformance.

Review Engineering Change Notices to ensure compliance with Quality System, CSR, and international requirements for new projects/products.

Responsible for quality-related requirements for PPAP submissions.

Perform studies/data analysis that lead to root cause identification of product/process nonconformance.

Analyze product quality data and lead improvement initiatives.

Responsible for weekly and monthly reports, supporting ad hoc quality reports and data analysis.

Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, recommend improvement actions, and collaborate with the team on machine capability issues and out-of-control triggers.

Perform equipment measurement analysis and implement improvements.

Lead process audits and continuous improvement projects to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Maintain the effectiveness and compliance of the company's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Production Quality.
• Certification or strong experience with QS certification processes, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience with Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Experience with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Senior QA Engineer experience in Quality Control, improvement, SPC, and reporting.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience in using or designing precision measurement equipment and fixtures/gauges.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations.
