Job description

To lead QA Technician and Line Leader roles for daily routine tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare dimensional inspections or reliability tests for new approval testing.
2. Handle new approval part submissions to headquarters for approval to commence mass production.
3. Coordinate with Production on Gantt chart schedules for QA inspections and testing certificate submissions.
4. Participate in evaluation activities to determine the full dimensional inspection process.
5. Support supervisors in data collection and analysis report preparation.
6. Liaise with Production personnel on in-process quality issues and improvement activities.
7. Report measurement data results to supervisors for review.
8. Participate in problem-solving activities related to customer complaints or internal quality issues.
9. Support supervisors in implementing countermeasure actions.
10. Work independently and as part of a team.
11. Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.
12. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
14. Ability to read drawings.
15. Possess at least a Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
