About The role

As a QA Engineer at TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product. This is a full-time position based in Senai, Johor, where you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust quality assurance processes throughout the production lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

Compile, structure, and update the master item list and ensure supplier contact information within the master item list is accurate and up to date.

Manage escalation from environmental compliance data management company hired by TDK-Lambda.

Engage and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the prompt and accurate provision of required environmental data to TDK-Lambda.

Review environmental data collected from suppliers, ensuring data quality and compliance, and respond to supplier inquiries related to environmental data requirements.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing environmental compliance data and compliance status.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all environmental compliance data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing compliance initiatives and track its progress.

To verify non-conformance of raw materials that triggered by IQA, production or customer with the responsible suppliers.

Initiate corrective actions on component failures related to responsible suppliers and follow up with corrective actions.

Enhance detection at IQA by adding the inspection item in e-IQA system.

Assists in guiding the sorting method for in-house sorting activities related to raw material rejection.

To carry out internal audit for ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485.

To carry out yearly supplier surveillance audit & update into Supplier Audit database.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Business or related).

Prefer 3 years or more working experience in RoHS Directive Compliance Management and Supplier Quality Engineer.

Experience in data management, quality assurance, or environmental compliance regulations.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and cross-functional teams.

Proficient in the use of quality assurance tools and software
