Job descriptions:
  • Assist and support the SQA team with project tracking and software quality initiatives.
  • Assist and support the department with change management requests, including tracking, communication, and status updates.
  • Assist and support the onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Ensure compliance with project document submissions, audits, and updating document templates.
  • Organize departmental meetings and record minutes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as handling claims, job orders/completions, purchase orders, financial billing, asset management, travel requests, and contract renewals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Understanding of project management, coordination, and office administration experience.
  • Good communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; positive attitude; ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of work experience.
