Job description

Establish and maintain quality documents / specifications.

Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.

Perform statistical analysis of data to support management decisions.

Use quality monitoring data management systems to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.

Identify customer needs and expectations.

Assist in inbound inspections of raw materials / in-process outputs to ensure specifications are met.

Verify all quality activities such as production, inspection, and delivery operations.

Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.

Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

Preferably hold a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in plastic injection moulding is preferable.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team with excellent communication and management skills.

Strong leadership qualities.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to work under pressure.
