Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Measure dimensions using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) and ensure compliance with specifications;
2. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to set up measurement routines;
3. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards;
4. Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop and maintain calibration equipment and standards;
5. Conduct root cause analysis on calibration failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
6. Analyze calibration data, identify trends, and develop corrective actions to optimize measurement accuracy;
7. Work closely with internal teams to achieve customer product quality performance;
8. Perform any other assignments as instructed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Academic Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in metal stamping and metal sheet fabrication; familiarity with APQP/PPAP, CMM, and calibration; hands-on experience with QC tools (8D, FMEA, etc.).
3. Others: Positive attitude, high integrity, ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, passionate, and proficient in English.
