About the role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, improving systems, and supporting both safety and environmental compliance.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures

Conduct inspections and testing at various stages of production

Analyze quality data and compile comprehensive reports

Identify root causes of product non-conformities and drive corrective actions

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance quality standards

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality practices

Maintain accurate records for QA and testing

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality policies

Support schedule waste handling, documentation, and disposal activities

What we're looking for

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field

Preferable have minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing industry

Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, and statistical process control

Strong knowledge of chemical testing, documentation standards, and QA procedures

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead quality improvement initiatives

Experience in environmental compliance and waste management is an advantage
