A leading company in the communications industry is seeking a Document Controller responsible for maintaining and updating engineering documents. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, two years of experience, and skills in MS Excel and Document Management Systems.
1. Responsible for maintaining and updating master documents and supporting documents.
2. Log all documents into the Engineering documents control database in an organized manner.
3. Coordinate with other departments regarding Engineering documents.
4. Perform ad-hoc document control tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma in a related field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
3. Required skills: MS Excel and Document Management Systems.
