Responsibilities

1. Perform automation testing activities, including:

• Code automated tests for web applications
• Code automated tests for APIs
• Build automated testing frameworks
• Set up and configure continuous testing processes
• Ensure the quality of testing for all developments and upgrades
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams to understand testing requirements
• Provide accurate work estimates
• Assist in bug resolution by providing detailed information to developers
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance automation efforts

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or a related field; alternative learning paths such as bootcamps are acceptable
2. ITIL certification is a plus
3. Proven experience as a QA Automated Tester or similar role
4. Knowledge of Gherkin/Cucumber and Selenium
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (preferred) or Angular/Cobol
6. Understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks
7. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
8. Experience with performance and load testing tools
9. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and business teams
