Job summary

Tec D (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Kapalai Project) is seeking a highly proficient Python developer with a strong AI focus to join our R&D team in Kuala Lumpur. • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python with deep understanding of language features and libraries.
• Familiar with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
• Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with AI Agent development and generative AI models is preferred.
• Solid math foundation: linear algebra, probability, statistics.
• Good English communication (reading and writing).

We are seeking a highly proficient Python developer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic R&D team. You will focus on building intelligent solutions using Python, including leveraging AI for process automation, exploring the application of generative AI models, and participating in the development of AI Agents. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, deploying, and maintaining related applications, and collaborate closely with other team members to drive the innovative application of AI technology in business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Python programming language, with expertise in various standard and third-party libraries, as well as relevant scientific computing and machine learning libraries.
• Develop AI-driven process automation using Python to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiar with and able to apply popular generative AI models, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models, for tasks like intelligent email sorting and classification, information extraction, Q&A, intelligent data interaction, Smart Reports, text generation, and image generation.
• Participate in the development of AI Agents, building intelligent agents capable of autonomously perceiving the environment, making decisions, and executing tasks.
• Responsible for the training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
• Participate in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Work closely with project managers and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Responsible for writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Keep track of the latest AI technology trends and apply them to practical projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python programming language, with a deep understanding of Python language features and proficient use of various common libraries.
• Familiar with common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, etc.
• Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).
• Familiar with popular generative AI models and prior application experience is preferred.
• Experience in AI Agent development is preferred.
• Solid mathematical foundation, including linear algebra, probability theory, and statistics.
• Familiar with common data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
• Prior experience in actual AI projects is preferred.
• Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
